Counter-Notifications

If you believe your content was removed in error or misidentified, you may file a counter-notification. To be valid, a counter-notification must include:

• Your Contact Information: Full name, email address, and physical address
• Identification of Material: Description of the material that was removed
• Good Faith Statement: A statement that you believe the material was removed by mistake
• Consent to Jurisdiction: Consent to jurisdiction of the federal district court
• Digital Signature: Your digital signature

Our Response Process

1. Receipt: We acknowledge receipt of your DMCA notice within 24-48 hours
2. Review: Our team reviews the complaint for completeness and validity
3. Action: If valid, we may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
4. Notification: We notify all relevant parties of our decision
5. Counter-Notice: Content owners may file a counter-notification if they believe the removal was in error

Repeat Infringers

We have a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances.

False Claims
