Overview
App Store respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond expeditiously to properly formatted notices of alleged copyright infringement.
Filing a DMCA Complaint
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed upon by content on our platform, you may file a DMCA complaint. To file a valid DMCA notice, you must provide the following information:

How to File a Complaint
You can file a DMCA complaint directly from any app page by clicking the "Report Copyright Infringement" button. This will open a form where you can provide all the required information and upload supporting evidence.
Counter-Notifications
If you believe your content was removed in error or misidentified, you may file a counter-notification. To be valid, a counter-notification must include:
- Your Contact Information: Full name, email address, and physical address
- Identification of Material: Description of the material that was removed
- Good Faith Statement: A statement that you believe the material was removed by mistake
- Consent to Jurisdiction: Consent to jurisdiction of the federal district court
- Digital Signature: Your digital signature
Our Response Process
- Receipt: We acknowledge receipt of your DMCA notice within 24-48 hours
- Review: Our team reviews the complaint for completeness and validity
- Action: If valid, we may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
- Notification: We notify all relevant parties of our decision
- Counter-Notice: Content owners may file a counter-notification if they believe the removal was in error
Repeat Infringers
We have a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances.
False Claims
Please note that making false DMCA claims may subject you to liability for damages, including costs and attorney's fees. Ensure that your claim is valid and made in good faith.
