NabzClan AppStore ("we", "us", "the Service") is an app distribution platform operated for the NabzClan community. By accessing or using NabzClan AppStore — including browsing, downloading, or signing in — you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Relationship to NabzClan

NabzClan AppStore is a private-community service. Access is provided exclusively through your existing NabzClan account (single sign-on via the NabzClan forums). You already agreed to the NabzClan Community Rules & Guidelines when you created that account, and those rules continue to apply to everything you do on this Service. We do not offer a separate registration path independent of your NabzClan account.

2. Acceptable Use

Do not attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with any authentication, rate-limiting, or security mechanism used by the Service, including the authentication popup injected into distributed apps.
Do not use the Service to distribute malware, stolen content, or material that violates NabzClan Community Rules or applicable law.
Do not attempt to abuse download infrastructure (for example, scripted mass-downloading beyond published rate limits) or resell access to the Service.
Accounts found in violation may be suspended or banned without prior notice, consistent with the severity of the violation.

3. App Downloads & Signing Certificates

Some apps require signing with a certificate before installation. If you choose to upload your own P12 certificate and mobile provisioning profile to use with our signing feature, you are responsible for the legitimacy and safe handling of those credentials. See our Privacy Policy for how certificate files are stored and used.

4. No Payments Processed On This Platform

NabzClan AppStore does not process payments, subscriptions, or payouts of any kind. Nothing on this Service constitutes a storefront transaction. Any monetization a publisher offers happens entirely outside this platform, and NabzClan is not a party to it.

5. Publisher Content

Apps available through this Service are uploaded by independent publishers under the Publisher Program Terms. We moderate submissions but publishers remain solely responsible for the legality and safety of the content they upload. Report problematic apps to us so we can review them.

6. Intellectual Property & DMCA

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on this Service infringes your copyright, follow the process on our DMCA policy page or contact us directly with sufficient evidence to evaluate your claim.

7. Availability & Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including download speed tiers, available features, or specific apps, without liability to you.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to this Service at any time for violation of these Terms or the NabzClan Community Rules. Since access is tied to your NabzClan account, action taken against your NabzClan account (for example, a forum ban) may also affect your access here.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from your use of apps obtained through this Service, including issues caused by third-party publisher content or self-uploaded signing certificates.
